Hello!
Please, make sure your camera is installed:
- Start>right click Computer>Manage>Device Manager
- Try to find your camera in the list of drivers.
- If not there, it is not installed, so in that case go to this link: http://www.trust.com/products/product.aspx?artnr=14382 and download the driver (right bottom of the page>quick links>download driver)
- If there, check if it is marked with yellow triangle: if yes, right click on it and Uninstall, then restart computer and install the camera using the downloaded driver: double click on the driver, and Run>Allow/Continue>plug in the camera if prompted. When installation is done, unplug the camera and restart computer.
3. If you only want to check is your camera works properly: follow the steps from 1., find the camera in the list of drivers, right click on it>Properties>General tab and you will see the information. If you find the camera is not working properly, uninstall it like in 2.b., restart and reinstall the camera following steps provided in 2.b.
