Problem solved for user wich have Windows Vista and 7

Officially there is not windows 7 driver for this model. You can try installing them in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Open this LINK, Download all the windows vista drivers and install it in the method I've given HERE. Please follow the instructions very carefully so that you won't be having problem, otherwise a small mistake may disallow you to install them.

please download the drivers for that webcam and it will start working some devices are pre-installed and thats the reason you don't have to install them by installing the new drivers your web cam will start working fine.

My DVDRW works again, I think the latest update of windows 7 has taken care of the problem, but I'm not sure.

i have install windows7 in my y410 laptop and the sound driver is not working in it.it shows an error massage while i am trying to install the driver.

Then you need a graphics driver that will support Windows 7. If your motherboard onboard VGA is up to Windows Xp only and below then probably you will not able to use it to that kind of operating system like windows vista, and 7. My suggestion is that you buy a graphics card that will run and support windows vista and windows 7.

Hi guys, I've solved this problem downloading driver for WB-3400T there is compatible with our WB-3100P and windows 7.. You need to download the driver for for item no. 14383 (without 02, 03 ecc) for vista 32 bit and this will be the driver also for windows 7 for our lovely webcam ;)
