Sir, I am 58 yrs old having an interest in computers.I have Two Problems.I hope you will extent your help with your knowledge and expertize in solving the problems. 1. The front audio panel when fitted with a head phone , the headphone works but the microphone does not work.Hence, to talk to my grandson over skype ,I bought a microphone and fitted in the rear panel.I works. The VIA HD Audio Deck when opened shows the back panel selected and the front panel suppressed although the head phone fixed in the front panel works without the microphone.Pl. advice the correct procedure for configuring both the front and rear panel so that I can use the head phone with the microphone in the front panel listening to my favorite songs, watch movies and record my songs and the speakers and the microphone in the rear panel to talk to my grand sons through Skype and listen songs /movies when I am alone . 2. The CPU was assembled by one of my known contacts who has some knowledge in assembling computers.My system is MB-ASUS P755 M LX,processor i3 540 @3040GHz and OS Win7. Entp.32 bit.I would request you to kindly let me know the correct way of configuring the BIOS so that I can take advantage of the advance features of the MB.I find some of the options are switched off.
