Wow, well that's dumb. I should absolutely be able to delete a "solution" and you might want to consider making it possible to "comment" as opposed to every form of communication being either problem or solution.

While you can earn some money as a regular Expert by answering Marketplace Questions (see below for more info), you will have to get approved as a Premium Expert in order to access the vast majority of our paying questions. I see that you have already applied to be a Premium Expert. While you are waiting, you should review our criteria for Premium Experts- http://www.fixya.com/support/r2607184-fixya_looks_in_premium_expert. Make sure that all your recent solutions meet those criteria. As for what you are currently seeing, those are Marketplace Questions. They indicate questions where the asker has indicated their willingness to pay for a successful solution, but have not actually submitted payment. They are a good way to try out providing Premium-level support, but do not represent the bulk of the paying questions on FixYa. To become a brand expert on Fixya, you need to answer questions related to the brand you would like to be an expert in.

For each answer you will earn a point for that brand. After 100 points you will become a brand expert. In addition 300 points and you can become a category expert. You can view your progress by signing in and checking the dashboard on the right side of the page.

HI,

If we asked any question in Fixya our expert personnel will give their suggestion and comments.
any personnel that answered the question will be recorded or save the conversation to their "My Profile" folder.
If the questioner want to reply or leave a comment it can be.
Just link again to the problem comments and leave any comment you want or additional question regarding to the first.
The experts who answered your question will be directly received a comment file and he will be directly read again what you indicated or post to the comment box.
Same he can again comment and you will received it again.
Until the problem will be finish or be solved.
