If we asked any question in Fixya our expert personnel will give their suggestion and comments.
any personnel that answered the question will be recorded or save the conversation to their "My Profile" folder.
If the questioner want to reply or leave a comment it can be.
Just link again to the problem comments and leave any comment you want or additional question regarding to the first.
The experts who answered your question will be directly received a comment file and he will be directly read again what you indicated or post to the comment box.
Same he can again comment and you will received it again.
Until the problem will be finish or be solved.

While you can earn some money as a regular Expert by answering Marketplace Questions (see below for more info), you will have to get approved as a Premium Expert in order to access the vast majority of our paying questions. While you are waiting, you should review our criteria for Premium Experts- http://www.fixya.com/support/r2607184-fixya_looks_in_premium_expert. Make sure that all your recent solutions meet those criteria. As for what you are currently seeing, those are Marketplace Questions. They indicate questions where the asker has indicated their willingness to pay for a successful solution, but have not actually submitted payment. They are a good way to try out providing Premium-level support, but do not represent the bulk of the paying questions on FixYa. I know what you mean. I would go to sign in, then
  • write the e-mail address in the line.
I assume that you have forgotten your password so click on forgotten my password.

  • you write your e- mail adress again
  • look in the post and the password is there
  • go to sign in again and write your e- mail and the new password and
  • you have come to your account

Most questions have poor spelling and some do not make perfect sense about their question asked. Those I just pass on by for no perfect meaning has been established

You can add helpful links to your solutions by using the link icon in the bottom right of the "add your solution" form.

I wouldn't suggest adding any non-solution related links, spam or self promotion as it's likely to be reported and/or removed.

does your window have a small bell along the top next to your name ? that will be where you will see answers. by the number shown in the bell

Hi ells1231, First, make sure that you are signed into your FixYa account. Click on "My Profile" on the upper right. Click on the "Edit Profile" link under the default avatar. Click on the "My Expertise" link on the left of the page (not the one in the upper right!) Scroll down to where it says "Upload your Profile Picture". There you can upload an avatar. Files must be 50kb or smaller, and either JPG, GIF, or PNG format. When you are done, click "Save Changes" at the bottom. Wow, well that's dumb. I should absolutely be able to delete a "solution" and you might want to consider making it possible to "comment" as opposed to every form of communication being either problem or solution.
