Hello
& Welcome to FixYa If
it is a brand new washer then it's better to get this repaired under warranty.
The problem is with the door lock assembly that is bad and needs replacement.
The drain filter pump assembly located inside the bottom front access panel
seems clean, timer motor seems to be working fine. Please get back to me if you
have any other questions. Kevin
Thanks for all the details, as it drains so it means the drain pump is working fine though you can still check the drain filter pump assembly located inside the bottom front access panel and clean it completely. After this is done, test the door lock switch assembly, if the door lock is not working properly the control will detect it as an open door and so won't start the spin cycle.
Yeah....so it seems that the door is either not closed or while transferring this washer to your place something went bad with the door lock that might need replacement.
Yes because everything is fine

Good Morning kvojik, thanks for your post!
From my understanding your Frigidaire front load washer is getting stuck between the drain and spin cycle. I noticed that you have replaced many components within your washer and continue to experience this issue. I would not advise to manually advance any part of the washer because this could cause issues within your washer. It could be a potential issue with the motor. At this point you may want to reach out to a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to avoid any further part purchases. -Matt
Hello acoach194 - If the washer is not agitating try the following steps:
1) Verify a circuit breaker isn't tripped
2) Advance the timer control dial slowly 360 degrees-
If the washer starts spinning, then the motor and drive belt are fine but that there is something wrong with either the timer control dial or the agitator solenoid. Call in a professional for this. If the washer doesn't budge, then verify that the drive belt(s) is attached and not broken by removing the back panel. If the belt is broken, then it will need to be replaced. If it is loose, then it will need to be tightened. A professional will need to do so by loosening up the bolt holding the motor and moving it on its swingarm (much like a car alternator) until there is a 1/2 to 3/4 inch deflection in the belt.
Some washers use reversing motors. It's possible the motor works on the spin cycle but not on the wash cycle. If so, once again call a pro.
3) Visually inspect the lid safety switch- Is it loose or cracked? If so, the washer might work intermittently, stopping at different cycles.
4) Check motor and drive belt- Remove the main access panel (usually in the back). Is the motor spinning, but the drive belt isn't? If so, then you have a drive belt problem.

Hi - a vital point I forgot to mention is that I got the washer shipped straight to Belize with an ocean freight company, and the store I purchased it from say the warranty isn't valid once it leaves the US, so the only option I seem to have left is to try get it fixed, but very few people in Belize (Central America) have experience with front-loaders, so that is why I've come to this forum, so any more detailed guidance that well assist me get it repaired is welcome. I really want to be sure diagnosis of the problem is correct before I order any parts, as things take up to 6 weeks to get here, then I have to pay 40% import duty on their value!
The machine does fill with water fine, and drains fine, but does not agitate or spin. You can move the drum by hand however, it is not jammed.
Hi - I thought that it was only the spin cycle the door lock assembly might affect, not the agitate/wash part of the cycle? If it affects both I will check it when I get home tonight. I think it's unlikely the drain filter pump would need cleaning after less than one whole wash, but I'll check it. The door lock light does come on.
Even if the "door locked" light comes on the door lock could still be broken?
OK. So how do I actually check the door lock switch assembly?
