I want to upgrade the HDD of a Toshiba Satellite P200-156 to 500GB/640GB/750GB or more if possible but I'm not sure which specifications must be compatible. The 250GB HDD is a Fujitsu MHX2250BT Serial ATA-150, Form factor: 2.5" x 1/6H 7 cm x 10 cm x 1.25 cm. ASIN: B000VAIVPK. Thank you, David Houston.

I think its okay to upgrade your HDD till 1TB, just make sure that HDD have serial ATA port to connect. my little advice is when you want to upgrade your HDD is look your mainboard specification, because HDD is work when it can recognized by mainboard. hope this useful, regard riyan.

Yes you can use a larger HD to 120gb...
Just be sure the Storage controller type (HD) is IDE not SATA.

How to ram upgrade toshiba satellite

Before going for the upgrade make sure you read the specifications as to how much size your system supports,
Then take your laptop to the authorized vendor and ask them to upgrade it accordingly so that you do not have any compatibility issues later.

Installation of windows xp to toshiba satellite 1695CDT

10gb of RAM is not enough for Windows XP. You need to upgrade your HDD to about atleast 40 GB HDD Minimal... I'd recommend a new PC if you can get that to work out, but I understand the tuff economical times..
