Do a hard reset to this TV and check whether it help you. To make it a had reset, unplug it from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 10 minutes or so. If this do not help you, the main system memory IC to your TV must be replaced.
Looks like sound circuit problem. Check ear-phone jack if one is fitted in your model. Check speaker. Check the sound I C power supply. fI you have circuit you can follow.
Otherwise search the I C no in Google and trace the faulty area. To trace the sound IC just follow the speaker wire connected to the PCB. Mostly the IC will be close to this connector or joint.
Yes it worked for me by doing blw : Press : 062596 & menu button to open service menu. Then change blw values on option tab : op1 : 128op2 : 215op3 : 065op4 : 000op5 : 192op6 : 129op7 : 112 then press menu button & power button on remote & plug-out the main cable from power socket for 10 seconds. Then switch on the unit for result...............
