Hello.
The issue is with the controller. The fact it has its lights on would indicate it is not an issue with the power supply.
You may be able to re-set the unit by calling the manufacturer but with no display at all it seems to indicate a logic board failure, requiring the internals of the controller to be replaced. they are sensitive to power surges and could be the cause of these issues.
Unfortunately the controllers schematics are not available to the public for this system and the unit would need to been seen by a technician.
