We have just started up the pool again and the indoor aqualink rs 6 that controls all the pool and spa equipment has all its lights on and does not respond to any button pushing. We are unsure whether it is a problem in the house control rs 6 or in the electrical pole that is out by the pool...We have tried to flip all the breakers off anf on and there is no difference. Is it a problem that we can fix, or is it a problem we need pool technician for? and are there schematics of this piece of equipment? Thank you

Hello.
The issue is with the controller. The fact it has its lights on would indicate it is not an issue with the power supply. You may be able to re-set the unit by calling the manufacturer but with no display at all it seems to indicate a logic board failure, requiring the internals of the controller to be replaced. they are sensitive to power surges and could be the cause of these issues. Unfortunately the controllers schematics are not available to the public for this system and the unit would need to been seen by a technician.

go down on controller to equipment highlight it will give you all your equipment pool mode spa mode then make sure your pool and spa heat is activated if you want it to be heated hit the button once then it goes to a 10 minute safety shutdown before the other mode comes on

need more info is this a wired controller if so check to see if 4 pin red connector is connected also see if maybe a landscaper cut the wire by the aqualink or where it goes into the house

I have aqualink rs 6 model 8227 we had a power outage for about 5 hours when the power came back on it says firmware rev b 13 and establishing communications but it never does. I can turn everything on...

turn system off then try again make sure wire connecting to controller is plugged in and tight if wireless see if antenna is flashing green and red lights inside of case
