Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I recently got a Sansa e280 mp3 player as a gift. I've tried to download songs to it by copying songs to my laptop, using Windows Media Player 11. I have made a sync file, but when I connect my mp3 player to my computer, using the cable that came with it nothing happens. The "Start Sync" button does not light, and as player is not recognized. I've hit the "refresh device" button, and the "device refreshed completion" flashes, but I still can't download my playlist to the player.
i plug my mp3 into the computer with the usb and my computer doesnt recognize it or detect it like it doesnt even know its hooked up. now i cant put my music on it because windows media player tells me to connect a device
my mp3 player won't respond to the computer so now i can't put my music on to it. how do i fix this??
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
