Hi there,

You can try pluggin the phone into the computer using a USB cable and check wether the computer will detect it as an external storage device. You may have to browse each folder for the files that you want to transfer.

You can also go to samsung's website and download their phone management software, install it on your computer and then plug the phone in.

Hope this helps!

How do i download photos from my phone to my comp

Hi Thomas, what kind of phone do you use?

If you're on an android, just connect it to your computer with a USB cable, drag and drop to transfer photos to your computer.

If you're an iPhone user, you can transfer pics to PC with the help of iTunes or iTransfer tool. Please feel free to read the guide below if you have no idea how to start.

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Unable to transfer pictures

easier way to transfer these to comp is via bluethooth.
get a bluetooth dongle from an electronics shop, load it to your comp, pair phone to comp and then simply send via bluetooth from the phone to the comp.
No messy cables and works with all bluetooth phones ( ie not brand specific )
