Hey there, Setting the Time on the Casio R-11 until the R-15 ist quite simple: insert the Battery, the you should see the seconds counting on the top of display- depending on the model there are bars or squares blinking every 5 seconds and progressing until one minute is done, then it starts again. When all the bars for the seconds are filled, simply press the button located on the left side of the watch. You can press it by using a pen etc. Now the Hours start running, let proceed until the right time is displayed (notice the a.m. or p.pm. bar on the top/right of the display). When you reached for example 10 (for 10:00 in the morning or night), then you push the select button on the right, then same procedure with the minutes. When you finished selecting the hours and minutes press the button on the right again and the watch starts with the time with 0 sec. You cab set the date by pushing the select button on the right and simultaniously pushing the button on the left with a pen.
Hope it works out

Finding replacement battery for watch (DIY).

If anyone opted out to replace battery in their own watch and do not know what type and size of battery is correct for replacement, just open your watch case back and reed and memorize all the writings on battery your watch allready has in it. All you can do now is to buy exactly the same replacement battery and you will never get it wrong. All that matters is the combination of letters and numbers on battery. Make is not important, so, it can be made by Casio, Maxell, Citizen, Ronda - you name it. Just make sure you are not buying some of those cheap, unknown maker batteries, as they usualy lasts for about few weeks and then they are gone. Choose well known makers name and the battery will power your watch for 2-7 years, depending on each particular watch movement model. In case if you lost your original watch battery, check your watch instruction manual. If you lost both - battery and manual - then there is no other way, but to visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.

Seiko dive watch - s/n 530687 8123-7190 What battery does this watch take?

Unfortunately, the Seiko website does not have a serial number lookup, so you'll have to identify the model. The "8123-7190" is what Seiko calls the "caliber code." Entering that on the page linked below will narrow down the model number list for you. Clicking on the link for your model will give you the instructions in PDF format. The instructions for your model tell you what size battery to use. For example, the manual for the 8F32 states on page 11 that the battery size for that model is CR2412. (Note - be sure to get the correct instructions; different models have different battery sizes.) "Automatic" Divers watches have no battery, they are powered by a spring mechanism.

Second hand and battery replacement on fossil watch

Fossil watches have an 11 year warranty. Any jeweler can replace the battery. If that doesn't solve the problem and you registered the watch or still have the receipt call 1-800-TICTOC1 for repair.

I need a replacement battery for an original navy seal model (3000)? Does anyone know what type and size is in these watches? Other than sending it to luminox has anyone successfully found a replacement?...

In your particular case I do not see the reason why you should find the battery, because any decent watchmaker has many different batteries in stock. All you have to do is to find your closest watch repair shop and ask watchmaker to replace the battery. No need at all to send it to Luminox, as this job can be done at any watch workshop with the same precision and quality. In addition you will save money for shipping and pay less for battery itself.

Were can i get a battery change and resealed

This is a quartz battery, which is not as easy to find as other types of battery (probably $20.00 or more to purchase battery). You may want to contact Oakley if you purchased the watch within the last 3 years, b/c their specs seemed to indicate that the battery was a 3-year battery - there may be a warranty on that.

If you decide to go the DIY route, you might want to read this article, b/c finger acid can do damage to the insides of this one. http://www.professionaljeweler.com/archives/articles/1998/may98/0598te1.html
