Only one solution reset your router
Try Running a power cycle to fully restore it back to it's factory default settings. Also Belkin tech support (If available) could probbably help you with resetting this.
Reset the router to factory defaults. If you do not have the manual, download the manual from the Belkin website.

There should be a small button on the router, Sometimes labeled "reset". It's often red/orange and you may need a paper clip to press it. Push the button while the router is plugged in and it will reset the router to factory defaults.
After, that when logging in, just click submit as the router has no password from the factory.
