My lenovo S10-2 wont turn on correctly it comes up with press f2 or f12 i?

To restart, press the power button for about 12 seconds. Then restart.

This sounds like a hard drive issue, if you have a windows backup disc try a fresh install, no luck! remove hardware and reseat back in place, this will sometimes solve the problem, no change! have the hard drive tested.

it migt be turn off. try to press Fn + F1 + F2 + F3 + F4 + F5 + F6 + F7 + F8 + F9 + F10 + F11 + F12 to turn OFF or to turn ON. or you may go to BIOS to turn it on from there.

Try with External USB Key board. To enter BIOS setup utility, press F2 when the Lenovo logo appears during starting up your computer.

Pressing F2 is the shortcut key to enter in cmos setup or bios settings where you can setup interrupt request and the direct memory access and also changing system date and time. While the F12 key is a shortcut key where you can select a boot device which are the hard disk drive if it's loaded with the operating system like windows xp or windows 7 etc., and if you are going to install or reformat your computer select the cd/dvd room drive to be the boot device. Supposedly the computer will load after the F2 or F12 appears on your screen if you have the functional operating system. But if your computer still restarting and always appearing on your screen the said F2 and F12 keys that means it is required to be reformat your computer. But before that you try to tapping F8 key while turning on your computer and select safe mode and press enter, after loading and still restarting that is the time to format your computer but you must back up your data or files that you saved on your computer. when i am enter in the lenovo bios in bios option have four option for first boot device. which i am select.

My Dell laptop is not working at all! When I turn it on all it does is show the Dell screen and then, it says erra operating system F12 And F2. I press the bottons for F12 and F2, and it still does not turn on. What is the solution for this problem? Can you post a solutiong.......
