there are many ways to EJECT
1: the botton on the try , is marked EJECT
2: the tiny hole on front of same tray use unbent paper clip, stuffed in hole and try ejects manually.even drive chassis in hand. by self.
3: windows is this ,not stated,but windows explorer
right click the DRIVE D:>? and click REJECT.
4: in windows, make sure the device manager does not list, the DVD as dead,red/yellow or unknown.
if device manager shows the drive missing or bad you need to get the new driver for it.
so right click the drive (be online) and click update drive.
no full model number stated, 330 is not full. number. so says Lenovo.
btw even a empty tray will eject.
if the disk is cracked or label fell , then only way
2 might work and cleaning the jam by HAND.
if way 2 fails.
only total dismantling the DVD drive can fix it.
true jams are hard work. ok?> physical world deal there.
not one poster here said, the button is dead.
saving this post from going to ALL wAYS it can fail and long.

There should be a small hole on the cd holder small enough to press with a Bobby pen it should eject

The CD/DVD drive may be opened by pressing a button on the drive itself. If the drive does not open by pressing a button on the drive itself, or the button is not available on the drive, Windows natively provides the ability to eject the tray with simple methods that can be performed in the File Explorer. The steps vary from different operating systems:
1. Click Start and type Device Manager in the search box. Select Device Manager
2. In Device Manager look for DVD/CD -ROM Drives
If you don"t see DVD/CD -ROM Drives this means your device has no optical drive hardware. An external optical drive will need to be purchased to run CD/DVD. It is also wise to check your product specification to see if your device has an optical drive.
If you were previously able to play CD/DVD and DVD/CD -ROM Drives has disappeared from device manager or your device is not reading the disc please follow > Your CD or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs.

Generally if you can see the D-Link then everything is trying to talk. Would have to know if the d-link is new out of the box or is part of an existing setup. If the d-link has been part of the network I would suggest that you don't have the security settings correct. If you right click on the network icon and look at the send received numbers. If received is zero then your problem is you don't have the security key (WEP or other type)) setup. If you are getting recieved numbers you may not have the DHCP setup in the d-link. DHCP assigns the numbers to the computer but the d-link has to have this turned on in some models others it is by default.
If both your laptop and dlink are not new and specifically about a year old then I would also suspect that the dlink has died or is dieing on you. If you have had periods of disconnects or slow jerky network acess then these are signs of the dlink having problems. The wireless part tends to go after a year or so while the wired portion probably still works. When they go they are annoying as they work then they won't and so on.
That is you next step to try is to plug in your laptop direct to the wired connection on the dlink to test if the problem is the wifi portion of the dlink. If it connects your problem is the wifi and you probably will have to replace the unit. Next plug it into the cable modem and see if the problem was in the dlink itself.

I t was answered by someone,but I had an idea that, that was the solution anyway.I knew the laptop didn't have a plastic door to get to it,and when I rested my hand at the bottom left corner,I felt a vibration.I assume this is where the hard drive is.

If you are using windows 7:1. Go to "Control Panel"2. Select "Display"3. Select "Adjust Resolution"
4. Click "Advance Settings"
a sub menu will appear wherein the details of your installed video card will be shown...
