Hi there

There are a few of possibilities

Switch off and unplug before trying these.

1. You may not have got all the dust out of the condenser, sometimes you need to shine a torch through from the back and see if all the fins are clean, if not then a soft brush can be used with the vacuum cleaner to remove the rest of the dust.

2. There is a small temperature sensor either just behind the condenser or sometimes pushed in between the fins, this may have dust on it or it may be faulty. If it's faulty and you are competent with electrics it is fairly easy to change.

3. Is there a fan at the back of the condenser, and if so does it work. Again if it is not working its easy to change if you are competent.

However if you are not happy with electrics then you will need your local reputable service guy

Regards

Gordon

1989 corvette headlights intermittently open

check vacum lines for leaks in the headlight assembly, sometimes they dry rot,the vacum lines] it has to a vacum issue. you may need to replace the vacum lines with new vacum hose. you can but it by the foot at any parts store, but you'll need to carry a peice of old one to get exact size.trace the vacum lines from headlights to the source of vacum canister, just to be sure that the canister itself isn't leaking. look for cracks in the vacum lines along the way.if you find that the canister is cracked,it can be repaired by jb weld and repainted, just to keep it original.thank you for choosing fixya.com

The ac only blows out the top(defrost) and floor at the same time. it want blow out the front vents. Whats the problem and how to fix it?

The problem is that the control is vacum operated,so either the rotary vacum switch is bad or you have a vacum leak under the hood or under the dash area.

I'm not sure if i got the egr vac hose and the fuel pressure reg hose backwards?

The vacum hose that goes to the fuel pressure regulator will have vacum all the time and will come from the in take, the one for the EGR will not have vacum all the time and that hose will come from the EGR control solenoid a black looking solenoid with two ports coming out of it.

2003 Navigator's A/C doesn't come out of the front vents when gas pedal is depressed. When I let up on the gas, it starts to work? Any thoughts?

When you depress the gas pedal, you loose vacum that is created by the running mtr. The vent doors are run buy vacum, but normally don't close in this situation due to stored vacum in the vacum pod. This pod is protected from lossing it's vacum by a vacum check valve allowing vacum to be created and not lost unless asked for. I suspect that this valve is broken. If you look at the vac line chart on the radiator, you should be able to find this valve. Once you find the valve take it off the line, you should only be able to blow on way through it.
