The first thing to do is to try turning the tv on using the off and on button on television, not remote. If that works ok. Then try remote. If remote, check batteries also. If none of this works, test to be sure there is power coming to the television outlet. Etc. plug in a lamp, etc into same outlet, this will verify the main line power. Hope this helps.
These televisions do not come with any cables. It is just the power cord that comes with it, and it is the power cord that You connect to the power outlet and power port on the television. The cables You are to buy to connect the television to Your cable is:
RGB adapter cable( that is if Your cable has the RGB port at the back of it that accepts the RGB cable).

Reset is done by unplugging the ac cord for a time,then plug back in...............Please verify model number off sticker on the rear of your tv...let me know.....T.
