Acting strange This unit runs fine for one time, then next it wont turn off, or it starts to leak all over, or it switchs to manual all by itself. I suspect a ele. part, like a motherboard if it has one

:o) The JPX300H doesn't have a "motherboard", but maybe a timing module. Either way, even if the machine only runs one cycle, it suggests the timing board is working correctly. You have multiple problems. For starters, the leak is probably a loose hose clamp, most are located on the unside of the machine. The most difficult are the drain lines which are to the rear.
The auto/manual switch is pretty straight-forward, but it is a two-part assy; the button, and the switch itself. Check switch for continuity.

Hi there people. My son has an Aprilia Sr 50cc 2010 . Indicators work and flash fine when engine off and ignition on. When we start engine they stay on . No flashing . help please

strange
cant find an online repair manual for that scooter

could be the indicator switch itself
a bad earth
best start with checking the flasher relay and wire connections to it
loose or broken wire with vibration when motor running

maybe flasher itself
is ok when cold not ok when hot
or its overloading with the engine running

97 chrysler concord. wont turn over, has nothing to do with battery, ran fine stopped at store, did not turn over afterward, all lights worked. Next morning started right up, started the next 10 times,...

When it won't start I'm guessing you can not hear the starter turning the engine over. If so when it is acting up it should be pretty easy to see if there is power on the small wire at the starter with the key in the crank position. If there is power there and there is power on the larger wire at the starter, again with the key in the crank position, than the starter is the issue. These are also known to have corrosion issues at the connections on the battery. It wouldn't hurt to give those a peak or even clean up those connections.

Wow great site! Problem with my 600 series penguin Unit started acting strangely last weekend, smelled something electrical when I first turned it on. but then cooled fine. This weekend DW took it out for...

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. What you are looking at is the start capacitor for the motor a $7 part at any HVAC supplier. If it is leaking it is definitely bad and needs to be replaced. This gives the compressor a boost on start up and drops out of the circuit after the compressor is running.

TRUCK DIES AND WONT START FOR A FEW MINUTES, SOMETIME IT WONT START BACK UP FOR A FEW MINUTES

The next time this happens and the vehicle won't start back up, turn you ignition switch off and when you turn it back on have someone listen near the fuel tank for the fuel pump to make a humming noise. Your problem may be a bad fuel pump or a bad electrical conection to the pump.

Starting issues starts fine one time next time won't start

I would start by changing the fuel filter out on the top of the pass engine compartment.  If that doesn't change a thing next I would look at the EGR valve operation.  Sometimes it will stick and cause a no start.  Lastly check to see if you have any possible fuel leaks from injector pump and lines off pump.  The system could be bleeding down.

Good Morning, I used my 1996 jeep grand cheroke to go to the store. One hour later it just didn't want to start. I will not turn over. Battery is fine. Power to everything is fine.Outdoor temperature is...

contrary to what people think, the ignition key cylinder is not the ignition switch (switch itself is on top of steering column, connected to key tumbler by a metal rod.) If the switch has failed, it may feel strange when you turn the key. Any competent repair shop will do testing to both the switch, and the components it operates to find the problem. Obviously, the price will cover time testing , r&r of parts and the price of the parts themselves. Beware of shops that want to change everything, including the seats in order to make the repair. If you have a question about how valid the diagnosis is, ask it here!

LG PTAC acting strange in heat mode

I believe the problem in lies in the dual stage heat mode setup on the thermostat, but the unit going into defrost does make the unit act kinda strange. Even more so than other types of equipment. I would suggest hiring a licensed HVAC service technician if the problem cannot be resolved by yourself.
