The unnamed sub itself would dictate what you need to feed it.

Many self-powered subs accept either Line Level or Speaker Level inputs.

You should look at the manual that came with your sub.

Should it need Line Level, you could replace those jumpers with RCA-cable splitters and share that signal with the internal amp and the Sub amp. If the Sub Amp accepts Speaker Level input, use that.

How can I put my onkyo pa 7sd in aux

To switch your Onkyo PA 7SD amplifier to the auxiliary (AUX) input, follow these steps:
  1. Locate the input selector: Look for the input selector knob or button on the front panel of the amplifier. It is usually labeled with various input options such as "AUX," "CD," "Tuner," etc.
  2. Turn on the amplifier: Ensure that the amplifier is turned on by pressing the power button or flipping the power switch.
  3. Select the AUX input: Rotate the input selector knob or press the corresponding input button to choose the AUX input. The label "AUX" should be indicated on the display or selector knob.
  4. Connect your device: Connect the audio output of your desired device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player, or external audio source) to the AUX input on the back panel of the amplifier. Use an appropriate audio cable (e.g., RCA or 3.5mm) depending on the available input/output ports.
  5. Adjust the volume: Once you have selected the AUX input, adjust the volume knob on the amplifier to your desired listening level. You should now be able to hear the audio from your connected device through the amplifier.

Can I hook my Teac EQA-20 equalizer to a PA mixing board? If so how do I do it?

Hello Russell, if you can connect your Teac equalizer to a PA table, depending on the type of table, you have to connect it between the output of the table and the input of the amplifier, you would have to adapt the consolan output connectors to the RCA's input and the RCA output of the equalizer to the type of connectors that the amplifier has
You can also connect it, if the console brings the Insert tab in the line output and there you will use a stereo plug connector, you will have to see which connection brings the insert

Mixer to P.A. system connection

You'll want to use the Stereo Out connections at the top right. You might need adapters to plug into whatever system you're trying to use. Also note that this mixer does not provide power, so the speakers you're using have to be self-powered or be driven by a separate amplifier. You would then plug the Stereo Out connections into the INPUTs of the amplifier.

How do I attach power amp to 1832 mixer

There are a number of configurations for a mixer like the 1832, the most common are PA system and Recording system. There are Main output jacks which carry the mix as summed in the main faders. These in a PA system would feed the pa amplifiers which drive the house speaker system for the audience. These connectors are XLR 3 pin type on the rear, intended for professional pa amplifiers which use balanced +4dbv line input level. Amplifier which have 3 pin XLR connectors for input signals can accept that high level signal. For home style HiFi amplifiers, the signal level is nominally -10DBv and balanced or unbalanced signal lines with 1/4in diameter phone plugs which are connected to the mixer by way of a second set of Main output connectors which are 1/4in phone jacks. Use whichever amplifier input level your amp has.
If you are not using it as a main PA house mixer, but using it for recording, the main output connectors go to a 2 channel recorder or computer sound card recorder. The power amp and your monitor speakers are connected to the connectors labeled "Control Room" (CTRL Rm). These output are useful for recording because the signal through the mixer can be monitored from several buses, Solo, main mix, selected by buttons provided. The buttons only affect the signal heard through the control room monitors, and not the main output which only sees the main mix so selecting "solo" does not interrupt the signal going to the recorder while the engineer in the control can be checking other signal paths through the board.

I like the sound of my practise amp but it's not powerful enough can i connect it to a larger amp without getting feedback/distortion?

you can use the record outputs to run the signal into a stereo receiver without problems, though it would likely sound better with a shure sm57 microphone hooked up to a mixing board or other instrument amp.

the record output should be PERFECTLY balanced to hook up to a consumer-level stereo reciever with NO distortion; however, this record output might be too loud for another instrument amplifier or a mixing board; hence, the microphone in the latter situation.

short answer- "yes, but..."

Where does the blue/white remote wire hook to.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand your question. It sounds to me like you haev a 1989 GMC truck, and you've installed a JVC CD player in it. The CD player has a blue and white wire coming out of the back, and you would like to know where it goes and what it does. Is that right? If so, then the blue/white wire labeled "Remote" coming out of your CD player is intended to turn on an external amplifier or some other "remote device". If your truck has a power antenna installed, this would be the wire that tells your power antenna to extend and retract. Many stereos have two of these wires - one for the power antenna and one for an amplifier. If you don't have an amplifier or power antenna, you don't need to do anything with this wire, just leave it alone and make sure it doesn't touch any bare metal behind the radio. Hope this helps.

Kenwood amplifier

A home stereo system is not complete without an amplifier which drives the speakers. A preamp cannot drive a speaker. Try to read the labels at the back of the system...if it reads speaker then that is the amplifier output. Would you mind giving us what model is your system?
