Double-click My Computer
Double-click the Philips icon
Go to Tools --> Folder Options --> View --> check Show Hidden Files and Folders
The fodlers should now show
look just mark this as solved and heres why: inside theres a little hard drive and when that and the board it was connected to got wet it fried them both there is no way to fix that however you can look inside to see for your self with a small phillips screw driver At the top right theres a phillips head screw-remove that and pull it out just a little then turn it as theres a little catch in the middle of it,if you try to pull it straight out it may break so turn it while you do so it will come loose just have to kinda twist it or you can slide a credit card down the side til you feel it then it will open/ the little hard drive and curcuit board is alot like a pc and water would fry a pc just like it did that mp3
