Here's how you do it .
Step one
Changing your email address linked to your face book account.
go to face book, then to account, then to account settings change email to a new email address. facebook will then send you a confirmation email to your new email address inbox , follow link to confirm . now go back to face book and go back to account , account settings and change the email to the new email address ...dont forget to remove the old (hacked ) email address at this point . and that is it my friends ....worked for me , hope it works for you as well.
if it is email verification you just have to log in to your Yahoo Mail, in the Inbox section you will find a message coming from Facebook that says "To complete the sign-up process, please follow this link:"
Just click on the link then a page will run and then thats it, your Yahoo mail has been verified. If asked for a confirmation code, just copy and paste it from the message Facebook has sent you. Welcome to Facebook! :)

Fill in the box the the 2 words shown in the image. Fill in also the email address that you use to log in facebook Click Continue Your facebook account will appear. Click the Reset my password. A confirmation reset code will be sent to your email.
Do not close this page at this moment. Open a new tab, under this tab check your email and look for the confirmation reset code sent by Facebook.
Go back to the Facebook page and enter the Confirmation Reset Code. Then click Next.
check the inbox on your email.. If you have not deleted the first message sent to your email by the facebook re:Facebook Registration Confirmation, try to open that and access the link....And if you are successful in getting new password for facebook account, another message will be sent to your email re:Facebook Password Reset Confirmation... open this message and access the link
