Fill in the box the the 2 words shown in the image.
Fill in also the email address that you use to log in facebook
Click Continue
Your facebook account will appear. Click the Reset my password. A confirmation reset code will be sent to your email.
Do not close this page at this moment. Open a new tab, under this tab check your email and look for the confirmation reset code sent by Facebook.
Go back to the Facebook page and enter the Confirmation Reset Code. Then click Next.

a factory reset in this case would not work becoz u still need the security code to get the reset done...if u dont know what the security code is then u wont be able to proceed with the reset
u will have to take the phone to a nokia care point for assistance from a technician
