My yahoo chat turns all white. the video call is OK, same like voice call, but the only problem is i can't read any chat in my chat box. whats the problem why there is no message appearing?

1. whenever u chatting with yahoo messenger, sometimes the volume control of your yahoo chat has been minimized, then u increase ur volume and then it becomes ok.
2. When both u r using the same version it will be ok if u rn't using the same version it would get it.
3. check whether th mute is on, if it is make the mute off.
