Yes there is a reset. After you have opened the phone and let it dry a few days, put in the battery and hold the power and volume down button for about 6-10 seconds. This will then start the boot sequence.
for sending text messages :
1. call to your network operator customer care 2. request the message center number... 3.note it down 4. go to message settings>message center number 5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

I know this was posted a while ago but i can answer your question.
Insert your USB drive or SD Card and turn on your dvd player. Grab your remote and press 'Switch' on the bottom left of the control. Select USB, Card or DVD from the list and hit Enter. Another little pop up will appear showing you that a device has been inserted. Just hit Enter again and it will display the contents. Select your file and press Enter or Play.
To switch back to the DVD you can either use the 'switch function again or just turn off, remove your device and turn back on again.

don't know where to purchase it, try this site:
I have the same phone and it did this a few times at first, but after that it stopped freezing up on me. If you purchased this phone from a store then it most likely came with a one year warranty. I would take it back and exchange. Other than that it's a great phone.
