How do I add a 2 channel amp to a Denon avr 2307ci

To add a 2-channel amplifier to your Denon AVR 2307ci receiver, you can follow these general steps:
1. Determine the amplifier connection type: Check the specifications of your 2-channel amplifier and identify the available input and output options. Common connection types include RCA (analog) and speaker wire (for binding posts or terminals).
2. Identify the pre-out connections on your Denon AVR: Locate the pre-out connections on the back of your Denon AVR 2307ci receiver. These are typically labeled as "Pre Out" or "Preamp Out" and may be color-coded. You will need to find the pre-out connections for the front left and right channels.
3. Connect the RCA cables: If your amplifier has RCA inputs, use RCA cables to connect the pre-out connections of the Denon AVR to the corresponding inputs on the amplifier. Connect the left channel pre-out on the Denon to the left channel input on the amplifier, and do the same for the right channel.
4. Connect the speaker wires: If your amplifier uses speaker wire connections, connect the front left and right speaker outputs of the Denon AVR to the corresponding inputs on the amplifier using speaker wire. Make sure to observe the proper polarity (positive and negative) when connecting the wires.
5. Configure the Denon AVR settings: Access the setup menu of the Denon AVR by using the remote control or the front panel display. Navigate to the audio settings or speaker configuration section. Look for an option to enable "Preamp Mode" or "Preamp Outputs." Enable this option to ensure that the front left and right channels are redirected to the pre-out connections.
6. Set the amplifier to the correct input: If your amplifier has multiple inputs, select the input that corresponds to the connection from the Denon AVR.
7. Adjust volume and settings: After completing the connections, you may need to adjust the volume levels on both the Denon AVR and the amplifier. Use the Denon AVR as the primary volume control and adjust the amplifier's volume accordingly.
It's important to consult the user manuals for both your Denon AVR 2307ci and the 2-channel amplifier to ensure proper setup and compatibility. If you're uncertain about any specific steps or settings, it's advisable to consult the manuals or reach out to Denon customer support for assistance.

Denon 1909 flashing red ring after 20 minutes

Well on most models red ring singals :

1 ) speaker wires touching something they should not
2 ) internal overheating, shutting down to protect
3 ) something is wrong, bring in for service.

I'm guessing it's out of warranty?

Denon avr-1909 has sound but no video, tried everything!!

Denon requires that you assign video to specific ports. HDMI, RCA or any other- you have to select which type and which port and you will get video.

I have a denon receiver avr 1909 and the remote control volume button do not work. A new remote control for this receiver is available?

If you mean a replacement, then I would contact Denon they should be able to tell you where and who can supply one. Generally replacement remotes are very expensive. So you might want to consider a universal one.

Denon avr 1909 powers off after just a few seconds

Check to make sure no speaker wires are shorted or shorting and if those are okay, chcek the capacitors in the power supply section- there are likely a couple needing replacement. If none show outward sings of failure such as bulgin, just recap the power supply section with new caps- make sure they are high ripple current types.

I am planning on buying Denon AVR 1909 receiver. Can hook it up with Bose Acoustimass 6 speakers. DOes the Denon blow up the small bose speakers. If yes how do i hook them up.

on the am 6 by bose you have to use all the supplied cables or you will blow them. the way it works is that all the speaker signal/power from the denon goes directly to the sub, then the sub sends the signal to each speaker. if you do this correctly the sub takes what it needs and sends the rest to the smaller speakers. and you wont blow them unless you hook them directly to your reciever.

Denon avr-1909 crackling sound while watching Uverse HD.

It may may the the AT+T box is really not compatible with the AVR or the Pioneer.

Check the specs on those input/outputs for the Ubox and the receiver.
See if they agree. If so, try another hookup method like HDMI ( which carries the audio too)

Denon avr-1403/483

Denon AVR-1403/483One of the speakers when connected trips the units power off.
Disconnected it and it works OK without that channel. Connected a different speaker and wire to that channel and it does the same, trips power off. It's acting like a when two wires are shorted. This is not the case as I have tried different wires and speaker. Not sure whats going on. Presently running system without that channel. Hope someone has an idea.
