Re: hp photosmart printer 7350
Turen the machine off
Unplug it from the wall
open the paper jam door and gently push the paper roller upward until it clicks.
close the door.
Plug it back in
Wait a few minutes
then turn the printer on and see if the carriage moves.
This is a simple general reset of theprinter and sometimes it will help with this sort of problem. Let me know if it helps or not.

If the carriage totally stuck on the right side of the printer, Unplug the printer from Power outlet.
Open the front access door. You will see the cartridges. Remove the cartridges. Check for any paper stuck in the Carriage Rod. Try to manually move the carriage 5-6 times left to right and it should move without any trouble. Put the cartridges back into the Cartridge slot and power on the printer
If the Carriage does not move manually, there could be chances the printer needs mechanical repair as its broken.
Lots of Q-tips! I'd also use some small pieces of cotton cloth--be careful it doesn't leave strands of cloth in the bottom of the printer. I've had this happen and I just stuck with it until it got reasonably clean. Oh--and warm water will work just fine. Most of the ink is water-soluble
your printer conflict with your pc. Please uninstall your printer drivers from the control panel then reboot you pc and then reinstall from printer driver CD. If you don't have a cd then download it from internet.

cartridge moves on. Got a lot of ink off of it. Should run after that.
