Hi.
Try turning off your laptop. Remove the power connection and also the battery. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Connect everything back and try to boot it up. If you still get the same issue check if you are able to see the bios screen on startup. If you do not then most likely this is a hardware issue already. It would be best to have your laptop checked by a hardware specialist. If you are able to see the bios screen and also the windows logo screen and that this occurs when you are in windows then what you could do is go to safe mode and restore your computer to an earlier date. To go into safe mode you will need to restart the computer and start tapping the f8 button when you see the bios screen. From there choose safe mode by using your arrow keys and press enter. Go to System restore. if you are using windows xp then it would be by pressing start then programs then accessories then system tools then system restore. if you are using vista or windows 7 then just type system restore when you press the start button then click on system restore. you will have to restore your system to an time. If that does not work then it would be best to go into safe mode and back up your files from there and reinstall everything.
