My w580i has puk blocked contact provider on it how do i fix it

The PUK lock is not related to your phone but to your sim card which is provided by a service provider.

If you enter the PUK code wrongly for multiple times, the sim card will get blocked and then you will have to get a new sim card from the service provider.

However you don't have to worry now , because if it's asking you for the PUK code that means the card is still valid and not blocked.

So all you need to do now is contact your service provide and then ask them for the PUK code.

They will do an ID check for you and then give you the PUK code accordingly which you can enter and then unlock your sim card / phone.

A PUK code is only provided at the service provider with consideration of the situation. A replacement of the entire flash or reset into another code. Contact the provder of the phone, rememeber to take the phone along to an eveluation to reestablish functionality

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

contact your phone network provider.

if they required the puk code then call to sim provider. if puk blocked that means sim block not a phone blocked. so issue a new sim or buy new sim. sim permanently not use for you.

PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.

you will have to call your costumer care & ask him your puk code .he will ask you your sim no.& your mobile no. tell him & he will tell you puk code
