Forgot the PUK: to my w580i cellular phone

Which network operator do u have?
Try..to enter any number.........until it shows pin blocked

then it it Show "ENTER PUK" But dont enter Any thing wrong or it will lock ur sim
Then try calling on the customer care number with same operator by some one else cell......
keep browsing until u hear.. "PUK sim lock" Then it will ask ur cell number Enter It it will tell u the PUK and ur done

first ask your service provider for the PUK numbe. after getting the PUK number, go to security settings and choose change PIN, it will ask for old PIN number, try a random number and then it will show, sim blocked, please insert PUK number.
insert the PUK you got from your operator and then you will be able to change your PIN and hence remove it.

if they required the puk code then call to sim provider. if puk blocked that means sim block not a phone blocked. so issue a new sim or buy new sim. sim permanently not use for you.

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUk if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

you will have to call your costumer care & ask him your puk code .he will ask you your sim no.& your mobile no. tell him & he will tell you puk code
