PUK blocked and sim card disabled?

Hi,

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

So kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

if they required the puk code then call to sim provider. if puk blocked that means sim block not a phone blocked. so issue a new sim or buy new sim. sim permanently not use for you.

Hi, If you get error message as PIN blocked. Unlock?" You have entered the wrong PIN code too many times. You need to unlock your phone using the PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) code. Your PUK code is provided by your network operator. If you get error message as Insert correct SIM" You have inserted a SIM card that is not supported. Insert correct SIM card, or contact your Service Provider for a SIM unlock code. If you get error message as Phone locked" or "Enter PIN" Your phone is locked and you need to unlock it with your personal PIN. call your mobile service customer care number and ask your puk code from them...they will ask yourr last 4digit sim card number...give that number to them...they will give puk code ...use that code and continue your operation

just call ur service provider from another phone n get the PUK code from the operator.To get the PUK code u need to tell the operator the sim number printed on ur Sim Card.

Call your cellular provider,. If you phone has an ESN they can disable it, if it has a sim card, the card can be disabled so no one can use your minutes but they cannot block the phone from having a new SIM card inserted

sorry that code is for the sim card......you will need to contact your mobile service proider for the PUK code.

ya have to get a new sin card.
