Probably a USB cord. I believe this printer has a separate power supply.
Printers do not normally come with the USB. The good news is you can buy this cord just about anywhere. You should know, there is a special USB cord for printers - one end is smaller than the other end - the smaller end goes into the printer.
Select the correct operating system and download to your Desktop.
As far as the power cords you may need to Google MP620 Power Cord for some online choices. Here is just one that has the power cord and USB cable, as well as ink:
You'll likely need a power cord and a usb cable. Specs say a standard usb to usb will work. Don't know if the power cable is proprietary... check and see if a spare monitor/computer cable will work. If not, it's probably about as expensive to go buy another cheapo replacement.
