Can not copy mp3 songs in transcend

Seems this problem is a firmware related issue. Re do the firware from the marker.
1.download the appropriate firmware from Transcend. 2.press and hold reset button for 2 seconds 3.run the firmware updater 4.press and hold "play" button while connecting to system. 5.the updater will detect the player and it will upgrade the firmware.

if u have a installer cd with the device then
please install the driver then plug your device
in the connectivity cable.
it will synchronized with you pc and show a drive in my computer.
send your files to this drive and to end the session unplug your device

I Have a t.sonic 610 mp3 and i dont know how to delete songs can u help?

Scan your mp3 player with an anti-virus program.

I reccomend AVG Free or Avast. If you google either of those you can download free.

could not format

Just had to do a firmaware update on the device and it works well !!

i just filled 400 mb songs 1but it is showing used space as 906 mb

I had the same problem. I had formatted the player's drive using Windows explorer and the got this error: "File Format error" while trying to play any mp3 file.
I went to the command prompt. Deleted all files:
E:\> del *
Then I copied the MP3 files again in the T.sonic MP3 player. All MP3 files played fine after this.

Upgrade to new version of firmware. I think the latest is ver 3.4. Good luck.
