reinstall your video card .and look closely when you do it and instal also any hardware acceleration programs it may have ...If there is non ..ask more info on the game ..or look on the sites that has debates about the game and see which 3D accelerator it needs(3 dimensional accelerator 0)..Alse look on the requires for the program to run ..It may turn out that you do not have a video card fats enough for this to run proper ..Usually when it asks for this accelerator it is talking about the direct X 9 or higher ...and it can be found on the internet download ..(free ) So ..reinstall the card ..look if there are minimum requirements in order ..and also install Direct X accelerator ..(you can also install active X cause Im not sure which one is needed)
