I am not sure of this particular model-- I have not had experience with this exact one--
However-- Let's see if we can figure it out:
Is the back sealed pretty tight-- no obvious panels can be removed?
How about the FRONT of the machine?
Some have 2 screws down toward the floor-- hidden from view as you stand in front of the machine-- Can you see anything that lets you get the front panel loose?
That often allows you to slip a putty knife in between 2 retaining clips, that hold the front of the top, to the front.. When you push IN on these clips, the Top is freed, and you can flip the top, and get inside.
Let me know if you find any of those possible entrance methods--
If not-- we'll have to look closer to the sides and the back-- Or getting the top loose, so that it can flip back--
The mechanic has to be able to get inside one way or other!
