Possible errors or malwares in the software that is hanging up the phone. It will be good to remove the memory card and scan for any fault. If so remove the files and format . Now keep the battery OFF the set for about 30 minutes. Once the battery is set back if the set boots up to work well the problems seems solved but if not the software must be reinstalled.

Sound like your phone is done for.
But try this first.
Remove the battery, remove the simm card. Wait 10 minutes.
I can assume the battery is good (as that's the #1 reasons for phone problems) Unless you can test the battery with a meter or use the battery in an identical phone don't assume its good.
Then replace the simm, put tha battery back in and give it a try.

ok, first remove the battery cover and battery and sim leave them in a warm room for 6hours or overnight.

Putting it back together and try it.if it still doesn`t work, try a battery change at your local dealer.

By the way a phone that hasn`t been charged for a while may not show any signs of working until maybe 30 mins.

Known issue w/ the Xenon...turn off, take out battery and simm card...then reinsert....turn fon on...and voila fixed :)

most sim cards are located under the battery. remove the back of the phone, then remove battery, you should see a place for the sim card, just slide it in but make sure you put it face down and the right way round, theres usually a little diagram showing the correct way

Hello there. please try to re-install your phones driver and the next time you insert your phone to your computer use another usb port and not the same you have been using all this while. hope i helped bye!

First of all WARM welcome to Fixya.Now trying reinstalling your USB drivers and try the same process again also select the Mass storage mode from your phone.

every time i try to open the games folder it allways sayss operation failed how do i fix this

are you using ac adaptor? remove everything external and remove battery and try it.

I had exactly the same problem. After unsucessfully looking for a solution on the net I removed the simm chip and set it aside. The next day, I put it on PC usb charge and left it overnight. The next day, I powered it up and it worked. I turned it off and replaced the simm and it is now working fine. Go figure...
