If I switch off my Acer all in one computer for long time, when I turn on again, It does not turn on. All can see on my computer screen is
on center of the screen is : Acer empowering people. And at the bottom letf hand corner I can see:Del. enter setup F12: boot menu. And the computer remain like that. And to able to use my computer I have to switch It off by using the power button and turn It on again. If I turn on my computer immediately after use , I do not have this problem. The problem occure only if it remain off for long time.

If the machine is OLD, check if it has a backup battery that might be depleted. Beyond that I would suspect the power supply may have a problem with the power-on-reset circuit.

Is it that way all the time even after shutting off your computer entirely and turning it back on? Or is it like that after a while of inactivity? If it is like that all the time then try pressing fn and the f key at the top that switches from monitor to lcd. You must hold the fn key while pressing the f key to switch from the monitor to lcd key.
I have 2 Acer AL2416W monitors that i have been using for 2 years. There has been a handful of times i would turn my computer on in the morning and the screen would be black and Acer would lightly flash on the monitor 1 time. Typically a restart would take care of the problem. Last week the monitor blacked out and i can't get it to work. Any suggestions?? I switched ports on the computer to verify it wasn't the video card and tried new DVI cables to verify it wasn't those? Is this fixable??

You hear the sound like a buzzer? try this steps, open the cover of the computer. Remove the memory and video card from the PCI slot of the computer, clean the PCI slot using a brush and clean also the memory and video card using the same brush. Then put it as before, then turned on the computer again. let see if you got the same problem as before.
The dim screen is going to be either the lcd or inverter.
As far as constantly going into hibernation mode. go into power options and make sure where it says turn off monitor and turn off hard drive are set to never.
If that doesn't work then that mean you might have a virus, trojan, etc on the computer.
