This is pure speculation, these cameras are fussy on batteries and my first thought was that you were trying to use Alkaline or the ones that came with the camera. First the contacts on the batteries my be oily from handling I generally clean 'em by rubbing the contacts against my Blue Jeans. If you are using rechargeable then they need to be charges up real well before using them in a camera.
I doubt the camera is at fault and would suggest using rechargeable type batteries.
The next thing that may be happening by some fluke is the card could be protected I'll give you a diagram and you will also need to format the card Formatting the memory card makes the card ready to accept pictures from the camera to the card Happy New Yeari just got my camera - tri3mast_52.jpg

Why are the batteries dying so quickly in my Kodak 12MP?

The main complaint against compact digital cameras used to be battery life. This was in the days when a 4 or 6MP would have been top-of-the-range.
The life of standard zinc-carbon batteries could be measured in minutes rather than hours and decent alkaline batteries might last the duration of a wedding but might not.

Manufacturers rushed to produce better batteries to meet the booming new market and the camera manufacturers began fitting rechargeable lithium batteries as standard in basic and lower cost cameras and with further developments in technology batteries now last much longer.
Leaving the batteries fitted into the camera when it wasn't being used didn't help much as the circuitry had to be kept alive to retain the settings.

Your camera might have a fault causing the batteries to discharge quickly but if it is working ok, probably not. If you have long experience with your camera and it has suddenly started costing lots of batteries it might be a good idea to update it. It has certainly been many years since Kodak cameras had the reputation for quality...

Meanwhile I suggest you use only high-capacity lithium batteries and remove them when the camera is not going to be used for a while.

Well, when I try to on my camera even with a newly bought batteries, it kept saying ' Battery Low '..So, I wanna know, what's wrong with this camera..

You don't say what camera you have, so I am assuming that it is one that uses AA batteries.

You need to use good batteries, alkaline at least, but high capacity NiMH rechargeables are better. Zinc batteries are not up to the task and will probably read low from new (and not last long).

Samsung S630 camera says "low battery" then shuts off

You might want to try cleaning the battery contacts in the camera. I usually use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol (not too much, just moisten the tip a little). After doing so, blow in to the camera a couple of times to remove any leftover q-tip fibers and/or alcohol. This happens to me all of the time - the contacts can get a little corrosion/patina on them (even new after manufacturing and storage) that is hardly visible. Good luck.

Battery low all the time

Try Eneloop batteries from Sanyo. They have the higher voltage needed. AND that voltage doesn't sag under the initial startup load.

Camera says brand new batteries are dead, then shuts down

It is possible that the batteries are dead (they might be faulty or too old) even when they are out of the package, though unlikely. Try another set of batteries, and if these don't work, you'll probably have to send it for a checkup.
