Error eep err in nad l53, cannot play dvds etc. Any advice? Thanks

i have an error eep on my oregon wmh 800 after changing batteries. please advise. thanks

The message "error eep" is display on the main unit. I checked and changed the all the batteries, I pressed the reset button both on the main unit and on the outdoor unit and this message is still displayed.

Does the TV have a line audio outpot (red and white jack)? If so feed the amplifier input from there.

I would like to advice you that, replace DVD lance, then it will work properly. You may get help from service center to replace lance.

Be sure you purchased compatible discs for your DVD player, ie. DVD +R or -R. Some players won't support both.

The vcd's will play in what? What are you playing them in a standard DVD player or what? and what brand please.
