put out first drum & see up side in near ibt belt one sensore (Small Steel Body ) Clear with Alcahol.

My dc12 don't print good. They print as shadow
If there is a shaddow on the printed documents, then it may be you drum needs replaced in the printer...

hi first u check the immage wher its missing? in drum, ibt belt and 2nt btr(paper)... if its not appear in drum pls check drum unit and ros assembly. if its not appear in ibt belt pls chck bios and tranfer rollers... all the best.

u check drum,ibt belt,2nt btr roller and fuser life... then do full service, then calibrate ur fiery also.. first u check developer bios plate.. if its have more dust print comes like that.. all the best..
