Sudden shutdown on my Toshiba A215 S5849 laptop. Has been happening once or twice each time computer is running.

Mine has been doing same thing,I have same type of computer,
On mine if just the battery is in it won't shut down,but having the power cord connected causes a short or something and its like it "just goes click" and nothing,
I heard alot of toshiba laptops are doing this,this will be the last toshiba I buy
