I need my PUK code and i dont know it i can not call customer service

Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,

For PUK code, you need not to service your phone, it's not the problem of your handset, it's from the service, What you need to do is, call the customer care of network operator (service provider) using another same service provider number. eg. if you have T-mobile, then borrow your friend's mobile who is using T-mobile network phone, there should not no charge, and tell the customer care your problem, he/she will provide you the Code after few questions with you. The PUK # will be provided by your the SIM Service provider. Contact the service provider (SIM) to get the PUK code.

Pin codes and PUK codes are meant to protect the sims.

If you wrongly put PIN Codes a number of times, to really protect your sim it will ask you a puck code. (Please note every sim has its unique PUCK Code.)

Pincode/Puck codes for any sim are provided by the service provider. (In your case, Telstra an Australian SP).

You may require to contact your Service Provider Network and speak to Customer Service Representative for getting this information (PUK code).

Kindly dont apply any more codes any further or otherwise the sim may get permanently blocked and you may have to replace it.
