This indicates the device driver has not been installed for this device. If you right click on this device and click on upgrade driver, then it may be able to install the driver, provided you have the network/Internet connection. If it fails to find a driver then you will need to go to the laptop manufacturer's WEB site to download that driver.

No sound from PC, problem with multimedia audio controller

The yellow mark indicated the multimedia audio controller driver was not installed, therefore the audio won't work/no sounds.
You need to identify the make and model of the audio card and if you haven't the audio installation CD then you can download the driver from the manufacturer's WEB site.
Since the repairer fixed your computer, he should have installed the audio driver. I suggest you get the repairer to install the audio driver as it should have been part of the repair service.
Also if you see any other yellow marks against any devices in the DEVICE MANAGER then these will also need the drivers installed.

Install its driver I think. If this device is in the yellow mark in device manager. Have it go to update driver or install driver. The exclamation mark should be gone. Or better install its bundled software application

Regarding the Microsoft ISATAP Adapter error, you can ignore it safely. Please refer to the following link:

On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager, and you also receive an error message
