Your phone need to be reflash you are having an EROM problem that is why the red light flashes briefly....the EROM file need to be reflash into the phone.

The electrical wire Red or Black is bare and touching the shunt arm on your Andis T, check for this by unscrewing the top screws, (make sure you unplug the electrical cord on your Andis T before you open the top cover) Check to see if the black tape is rap around the black and white wire, also check to see if the red wire is not lose or touching the shunt are if so you will see black arcing marks were it is making contact. if you need any more help email us at [email protected]
