Manual brought the latest kirby but does not have a manual please help

Below is a link to GoodVac.com. They have a Kirby G6 Manual for $9.30. Although it is labeled for the G6, it is applicable to models G3 through the Sentria. ("G" = Generation)

how old is your kirby, it has a 3 year anything and everything warranty...after that, it has a lifetime anything goes, limited warranty, which means you mail it back to the factory or bring it to a kirby dealer and for 175. you get a brand new kirby, and it will be the latest model out. Kirby dealer's are hard to find since they only do in home sales, but your paper work, should have the 1 800 number, and you can ask them about delivery, mail in, and other options. hope this helps.

How do i use my Kirby shampooer. It was brought to my house but no one showed me how to use it.

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. My suggestion is that you contact the Kirby Co in Cleveland listed below and they will instruct you either to down load a owner’s manual or they will mail one out to you, there might be a local Kirby dealer in your area that might have a manual as well. Also, there is a separate shampoo head that will be in the owner’s manual, you remove the vacuum head and bag assm and attach the shampoo head, make sure you use genuine Kirby shampoo for the carpet. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

In another posting I saw a woman from Ebay who says she has the manuals. Here is the link to her website. The site already lists some instructions and they helped me out.

The G5 manual is out of print, but the G6 and Ultimate G models are exactly the same and wil work perfectly for your questions.
