That would depend entirely on how many calories your lifestyle, activity, metabolism, location, climate, ambient temperature and suchlike caused you to burn each day.

All those variables affect the amount of calories needed to maintain health. A man working in arctic conditions could need as much as 6000 calories each day but the same man working in the tropics would probably maintain good health with around 2200, less if he has a sedentary occupation.

It is not a precise science and in addition most diets include a number of useless calories. When dieting, incidentally, an obesity diet of 1000 calories per day or less should not be undertaken unless under medical supervision.

go down the list checking which one is there or not there.
If the car is spinning over.. than you should have air.
Check all the spark plug wires.. if they are good. try some starting fluid if it starts with the fluid.. you have a fuel problem. Filter or Pump or out of fuel.

Feeling sure is a very individual thing. A person who's very active during his daily routine will probably feel much less sure than an man who's sitting most of his day and barely active. It also depends on the level of your athleticism.

Man what an aggravating problem! Try this procedure.

1. To turn the daily alarm and time signal on and off:

2. In the Alarm mode, press "B" , upper right button, to cycle throught the on and off settings as follows:

Alarm on Indicator/Hourly Time Signal On Indicator
a. }}}} with Bell = Both alarms on
b. Display Blank = Both alarms OFF
c. }}}} = Daily alarm on only
d. Bell = Hourly time signal on only

The Alarm ( }}}} ) indicator flashes while the alarm is sounding.

The Alarm ( }}}} ) indicator and hourly time signal on BELL indicator are displayed in all modes.

To Test The Alarm: In Alarm Mode, hold down the "B" to sound the alarm.

My brother drives a 300C SRT8. The car is very comfortable. The seats in the SRT8 are great. The car rides pretty good, not quite as good as my dad's Lincoln, but the SRT8 is a sports sedan, not an old man's car. The car is very practical, the back seat can fit three people without a problem, and the trunk is huge. The car is miserable in snow, I blame the tires. When he is light on the peddles, he averages over 20mpg in mixed driving, which isn't terrible. Overall, I'd say if you can afford the car, insurance, gas, and maintenance, the car is a great daily driver.
