Hi, I have an HP c5380 and i have been trying to figure out how to print a picture without any success. I would like to know what to do to make it work. Thank you

Hi there yes but but but it some times not work after , but if you get the tools software off the net that you need to reset the inks after there deferent ones for some printer, you need to download a resetter for yours.
, you can find some are free.
Please all I ask is call back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one, so I will keep on helping.

SOURCE: I am having the same problem with my HP C5380.

Try holding down the OK,
Cancel, Black, and Color buttons all at once.
While holding them down, press the On button to power it off
(You may need another person if you lack large, coordinated hands).
Turn it back on while still holding the other buttons down.
You will notice it turn itself off before "booting" fully.
After it turns itself off, you can finally let go of those
buttons and turn it back on normally. T
his will force a reset and system maintenance. Worked for me and others.

My HP C5380 printer won't print. It is telling me it has an Ink System failure (0xc19a0036) and to turn it off and on again (which I have done a hundred times). Anyone know if there's a simple solution to...

  1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
    NOTE: The USB cable connects to the port on the back of the product. The port is labeled with the USB icon (c01424575.gif ). Figure 2: Example USB connection (your product might not look exactly the same as this example)c01651067.gif
  2. Remove the cartridges from the product.
  3. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
  4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
  5. Wait 60 seconds.
  6. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button (c01602202.gif ).
  7. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
  8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
  9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
Solution two: Service the product If you have completed all the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service the product.
