Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I am having the same problem with my HP C5380.

Try holding down the OK,
Cancel, Black, and Color buttons all at once.
While holding them down, press the On button to power it off
(You may need another person if you lack large, coordinated hands).
Turn it back on while still holding the other buttons down.
You will notice it turn itself off before "booting" fully.
After it turns itself off, you can finally let go of those
buttons and turn it back on normally. T
his will force a reset and system maintenance. Worked for me and others.
