The tvs screen panels are 90% important to the tvs.Sorry,LCD tvs screen panels or any other tvs screen panels for that matters are limited production by the tvs industries.No, where u will able to find and buy or replaced the tv LCD screen panel,but must buy the LCD screen panels from the tv industries themselves.They'll sell it to u,but they'll charge like the new LCD screen panel same as a new tv.Sorry ur tv now dosen't worth as a whole tv anymore,now it only worth as a salvage tv for it electronic boards for parts,that it.

In regards to your broken screen on your Zen Mozaic if it is broken the only thing you really can do is have the screen replaced. Also in most cases if the screen is broken then this usually is not covered under the warranty. So I did some looking and could not find any replacement screens for sale that you could replace it. So you might want to look into get a replacement.

Buy and replace broken lcd screen
You may be able to fix it yourself if you can find a replacement screen, and you have some basic experience and are comfortable with electronics. Usually there's no soldering involved, with replacement merely requiring unplugging and reinserting the screens ribbon cable in it's connector. I usually search ebay for a broken camera with other problems that I can cannibalize. Here's some examples on LCD replacement:
