Set your Passcode

1)Go to settings > Touch ID & Passcode. On devices without Touch ID, go to Settings > Passcode.
2)Tap turn passcode on
3)Enter a 6-digit passcode
4)Enter passcode again to confirm Change passcode or passcode settings

Hi,if you are lucky you can open the little pump screw door thats useuly at the front of the machine at the bottom behind the bottom cover wich will unclip,(if you have a manuel you will see it clearly)
if its not in there im affraid you will have to pull the machine out and lean it against the wall so you can see under neath,then you will see a big pipe comeing out of the bottom,unclip so you can get into the bottom of the drum to retreave the coin.

That is why there is a a passcode it prevents tampering. When you set a passcode it is your responsibility to either remember it or have it retreavable. Contact the manufacturer.

Bad News... you may have to Restore from iTunes. Here is some info from the users manual:
Passcode Lock By default, iPhone doesn’t require you to enter a passcode to unlock it. Set a passcode: Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter a 4-digit passcode, then enter the passcode again to verify it. iPhone then requires you to enter the passcode to unlock it or to display the passcode lock settings.
Turn passcode lock off: Choose General > Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, and tap Turn Passcode Off, then enter your passcode again. OTHER WISE YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET INSTRUCTION FROM THE MANUFACTORY.
