There is no reset button on it, since there is no processor to reset.
This is how your oven works: there are 2 transformers, one for the low tensions, to power the electronic board, and one for the high (light bulb and motor) and very high tension, for the magnetron. When you plug it in the low voltage transformer powers the electronic board and allows you to program it - and that works well in your oven. When you push the Start button a relay is activated in the board - that relay switches from powering the light bulb to powering the high tension transformer that starts the motor and the magnetron (the special tube that generates the microwaves) - this is the problem in your oven: this no longer works.
Only 3 things can fail there: the transformer itself, the filtering capacitors or the magnetron. To find out which the oven must be opened and the parts tested. This is a job that MUST be left to a pro: there is over 5,000 volts there, you must use a very special multimeter to test them, otherwise you will be killed instantly when you touch it.
Take it to a repair shop, your life is worth more than a few hundred bucks.
