Dear...i have kyocera printer FS2000D and error code 7410:233769... Can somebady give me some advice what can i do....Thanks in advance

fuser error

you have to go into the print driver settings and tell the driver that tray 2 is installed. kyocera support website can help with instructions for print drivers

Telephone your local Kyocera business office, and ask for options about "servicing" your printer.

this is a firmware error... if you were installing firmware then your firmware became corruplted... either the media that you were using is bad which means by a new compac flash or if you are using a cable... the cable is bad... try different media and reinstalling firmware...

another possibility if you weren't downloading firmware is that you got hit by a powersurge and the rom on your main board is shot... this rom calls the firmware...

Sounds as if the fuser unit has a damaged gear.You will need to call out a technician.

I have heard that 7410 is a standard code meaning the drum is out of position. Seat the drum correctly and away you go.

that is a fuser code check the fuse

remove the drum by opening the LHS of the printer & removing the toner waste bottle, then depress the grey button on the drum assembly & firmly pull the assembly out. Best done in a darkish room as the drum is light sensitive.
The black line couldn't be fixed as it is caused by a scratch less that 2mm long on the drum. Ether a new drun at £299 or a new printer ar £245..
