I had to Google Cen Tech as i never heard of it

They appear to be inexpensive low end for sure

You won't get a lot of data out it

If your never planning on going to professional software,
consider the top scan/code reader type tools like Innova Professional or at least mid level Actron & a couple other brands

You really need to see sensors,emission monitors, so
your ready for inspection

You will only get Generic Codes from a code reader
not body functions likes abs,air conditioning,srs,& others

More data is better-- you will learn these systems as time goes by

They have been with us for 35 years now

Sorry to say, but Harbor Freight's parts list has no internal parts listed. So to fix it yourself, you may be able to find the little tiny diodes that usually go bad. They don't even have a wiring diagram in the owners manual.

Check intake air boot or duct for a small 2 wire sensor, you may have not seen it as u pulled duct out of your way, don't feel bad I've done it before check that first , if u can't find one that it will be a internal part of the m,a,f, mass air flow sensor , usually a big round sensor inline of intake duct both of these will be before the throttle body ,mag has 4-6 wire connector !

Start where your pretty sure wall is hollow. Hold button and slowly slide side to side. When all lights light make pencil mark then start about eight inches away in same direction slide back toward pencil line and when all lights light make another pecil line the center of the two is the center of the stud.
